Maintenance and Service

  • Our phones are answered live from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday 203-866-3494

  • After Hours — Auto Attendant with Emergency Escalation Notification to “On-Call” Personnel

  • Service Dispatcher will create service order and assign it to the appropriate technician

  • Our technician will contact you if he has any questions and will notify you when the service order is completed via phone or email

Maintenance and Service are a major deciding factor for businesses when they are choosing a phone vendor. We pick up where your equipment warranty leaves off by offering a maintenance agreement. Our agreement covers all stated hardware and software and the labor associated with the repair.

Maintenance customers receive a reduced labor rate for any other phone work they may need. With remote access to your system we will make any name or password changes at no charge. Customers who have a Maintenance Agreement will have a better handle on their budget, fewer bills, reduced time to resolve phone issues, and a guaranteed response time for service related issues.
